"OAUG PO SIG" is an acronym for the Oracle Applications User Group PO Special Interest Group. And although the name might imply a narrow focus on purchasing, the PO SIG's offerings are much, much broader. In fact, Oracle procurement and supply chain users are missing a trick if they aren't taking advantage of this exceptional resource.

In years past, you might have have to wait for a big event like Collaborate or Oracle OpenWorld to attend an OAUG session. But as of 2012, their LinkedIn Group is open. That means that anyone can see, search, and share postings from across the user community.  Browse through it for informative posts and great webinars like this one detailing Best Practices in SCM by General Electric.   Oracle Support and Product Development are regular supporters. In fact, on March 11th they have scheduled a Procurement SIG Meeting - Supplier Lifecyle Management & Supplier Hub: Product Roadmap.
