IFRS Roundtable Meeting on July 7, 2011

In about two months on July 7, 2011, you can hear a roundtable discussion about the benefits and challenges for U.S. companies to migrate to IFRS. This is open and available to the public via webcast on the SEC website. You can also attend in person in Washington D.C where seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Electronic submissions: Use the SEC’s Internet comment form or send an e-mail to rule-comments@sec.gov.



  • Paper submissions: Send paper submissions in triplicate to Elizabeth M. Murphy, Secretary, Securities and Exchange Commission, 100 F Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20549-1090.



    • All submissions should refer to File Number 4-600, which will be publicly available and posted on the
    SEC’s website
