Siebel CRM Statement of Direction May 2012

Recently, Oracle has published a 98 page thick statement of direction document (ID 549362.1) for Siebel CRM on My Oracle Support. In the following post, I will lay out some of the highlights. What one can say in short is that the near future holds a lot of interesting innovations for Siebelians of every couleur.

The document starts with Oracle's commitment to continual innovation and how it will be delivered.
